Refunds and Returns

Any damaged goods or goods incorrectly supplied, must be reported to us (preferably by email) within 48 hours of receipt. Such goods will be replaced at our expense if returned to us in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice.

Non-defective goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery in exchange for store credit, provided the items are unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. No cash or card refunds will be made. Postage will be for your own account.
